Inexpensice There was food on the floor, as if it had not been swept/cleaned since the last person stayed in the room.
Just Passing Through I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't feel like I was in a 5 stat hotel, but I felt comfortable, clean, and taken care of. It felt like a more expensive hotel. I was very happy with the room.

Clean and comfortable The hotel was in a great area, very convenient to many restaurants, easy check-in, and a clean, comfortable room. You can't beat it for the price! My room was on the first floor and very quiet. I would stay there again and highly recommend it for others.
Ok for overnight stays Stayed two nights. Location is ok. My only comment is the service. We did not have shampoo and coffee stuff on arrival and the room was never made up the next day. The hotel rate I was cheap enough for the fairly large room with 42 inch flat screen TV. Don't expect a sit down breakfast.
great place to stay I loved the fact that there was a mini kitchen in the room so that I can cook and prepare food rather than always eating out while on vacation. I'll definitely try and book at an extended stay next time. The hotel was clean and in a decent area.
Room was as advertised For $55 a night, hard to beat. If you're looking for marble bathrooms, plush lobbies, this is not for you. But for a good, clean room, great bed and plenty of space, you can't beat this place. At the price it is incredible. Not really a breakfast buffet but the coffee was good and there are plenty of other places within a few blocks to eat so we really didn't care. We'll stay there again. JP
Anniversary weekend nice, inexpensive place to stay.
