Not too bad, all things considered We just needed a place to stay the night as we were driving through MO from IL to CA. It fit the bill fine. The hotel staff was okay. There was a mix up when I called to ask for a late check out and they got a little snotty with me when it reached past the check out time and we hadn't left yet. But I explained to her what happened and apologized and she was more polite after that. Convenient Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired but other than that it's a fine place to stay.
Close to work . I had to change rooms because the first one smelled of cigarette smoke and the staff was very accommodating and made it very easy. Housekeeping leaves some to be desired but all in all my stay was fine.
relaxing & very comfortable stay! it was great, it was close to our out, cheap and very comfortable.

The staff was very helpful. (Tanya) I can't say I think they should have advertised "breakfast". Some packaged muffins aren't my idea of breakfast.

Close to work The first room they gave me smelled like a dirty ashtray but they quickly changed rooms for me. It was comfortable but lacking in the clean department. I've learned to take my own cleaning supplies and clean before unpacking. The bed was more firm than I like but I slept fine. Someone burned something in another room causing the fire alarms and evacuation but the fire dept came and it was cleared quickly. Other than that it was fine.
