Not Impressed When we arrived the front desk staff were not available so we had to use the lobby phone to attempt to reach them. It took them a good 3-4 minutes to finally return to the front desk and get us checked in. We took the elevator up to our room and then left for dinner. Conveniently when we returned the elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs. The front desk staff also did not have a key to the restroom that was located in the lobby. Understaffed Apparently the hotel is apparently very understaffed. The front desk staff was gone by the time I left for dinner at 8pm and not in yet when I left the next morning at 7:30a. There was a sign with a phone number you could call for help. However, if I got in late, had to call for help, and wait for someone to come check me in, I would be very annoyed. Otherwise, everything was great, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
