Nice location, pretty hotel. Bathroom fixtures were not cleaned, they should be shiny, and toothpaste spatter on mirror frame. Walls paper-thin -- someone had a yappy dog that started barking early every morning and was allowed to bark for a good hour! Hall carpets are stained and dirty

Property well kept and clean although rugs in hallway were stained. Minimal amenities but that is very clear in hotel description. Perfect hotel for when you need just a place to sleep.

The room smelled like cigarettes. Very basic accommodations.

The facilities and room are nice but if you’re expecting to use a hair dryer make sure you take your own. The kitchenette is very nice but there are no utensils or pots & pans.

We apologize that we don't offer hair dryers and that we have unique amenities which are different than other hotels. I’m so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our ‘Simple’ philosophy --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning,linen changes and cookware). As i was checking in, the family who checked in before me came down to complain that their room on the 4 floor was infested with roaches. Later, in the elevator a guest told me his 4th floor room had bed bugs and he was looking to check out. My room on 3 was clean enough but it smelled stale like smoke. Someone had definitely smoked in the room prior. I would prefer not to stay there again.
