I attempted to check in around 12:00 AM. All doors were locked and the front desk was completely closed. I attempted to use the house phone located outside the front door to call the “after hours check-in”. I connected with 2 different agents whom tried to contact the front desk attendant whom was unavailable, and then my phone was “disconnected” twice. Falta cuidado en las instalaciones Buena relacion precio beneficio. No es un hotel, son aparta suites. No hay servicio de limpieza de la habitacion y las toallas y productos del baño hay que buscarlos en la recepcion todos los dias. Nuestra habitaciones tenia cucarachas, lo cual reportamos en varias oportunidades y no se soluciono. Buena ubicacion cerca de autopistas y vias rapidas de comunicacion.
