Not enough staff to handle busy lobby. One person was doing her best but there was just too many customers for one person. It took 15-20 mins to get checked in. Rooms were clean, but old.

Staff was extremely rude, it was a task to get our linens exchanged. Everything was an inconvenience, will not stay again
