It’s quite and comfortable. It’s an older property that seems to be well maintained. What makes or breaks a service oriented business comes down to the people. Every one we meet is outstanding.

It was a Saturday night and we checked in very late. The front desk staff was very friendly, but the other customers staying at the hotel were very loud with music blasting and sporadic whistling. Felt like a shady place. Lack of elevators was a problem, too. We carried our luggage up two flights of stairs and were in the last of the three buildings, so it was a bit of a walk after a long drive. My room smelled musty & the sheets/towels were not the cleanest. Also, did not have a blow dryer or shampoo/conditioner in the room which was disappointing.

Not bad but not great When it said free on the go breakfast we expected more than just packaged muffins, coffee and instant oatmeal. The staff was amazingly nice but we were not thrilled with hotel itself.

It was the perfect place for a week away from home, although,,, I DID find later, that Paradise Lakes, was much closer to where I was visiting, but was not listed as an option, even though the rates were identical~!~!~!
