Bathroom water ran all night For the toilet bed was stiff hard and very small lady at check in was very very rude telling me she didnt feel good then why is she at work helping customers?

Awful and worst experience ever. I travel a lot with my kids and would never again stay in a extended stay America. They changed my reservation from a double bed to a king bed Without notifying me. One of us had to sleep on the floor because they couldn’t provide us with anything else than blankets and pillows, though, again, that changed my bedroom. The floors were stuck and dirty. Tub was unclean. The curtain rod was half off the wall. The smell in the room was undesirable like cigar. Definitely not worth what we paid. Next time we will go else where.

Bring clorox So run down, room was not clean and smelled terrible. Front desk said they didn't have anything else available

The front desk A Staff of Rebecca & Penny were wonderful. Unfortunately the room itself was disappointing. There were no kitchen supplies or even coffee maker, another Covid casualty. Bathroom featured slow drain in tub & sink and live bugs.
