It was so bad that I just want to post the pictures. Walked in the room dead bugs everywhere. In the refrigerator, cabinets, on the floor, the bathtub was filthy and food was in the drain of the sink. Last but certainly not least the front door was loose and the TV didn't work and I was told it would take atleast two days to get a technician to look at it. Needless to say they did give me a refund. The workers were nice but management is not following up on maintenance and cleanliness..

It all started on July the 9th in Houston Texas. Inclement weather caused us to be delayed over and over. I made a reservation and was not able to make the reservation due to delays. when we finally arrived at 6:00 a.m. on the 10th of July we we're told that we had missed our confirmation and would have to make a new reservation. Shoutout to the crew over here, started off rough I work overnight while riding a bike and it would disarm my key card. But we got it taken care each time early in the morning x7 lol. Ms Maria is holding down that fort. She knows every corner of that property. The receptionist are straight hustlers they will get you taken care of at the same time. The service here is outright RIDICULOUS, poorly managed and overpriced. I was locked out my room and called the front desk, it took someone almost AN HOUR to come to the front desk to make me a new key. Everytime to come to the front desk for anything (and trust me with the amount of issues here you almost have to come to the front desk everyday) they take FOREVER to service you.
