Extended Day in Wilkes-Barre The hotel staff was wonderful and very accommodating. I took my dog and the staff fell in love with her, giving her treats and the attention she loves. It was 10 mins away from the restaurants and the casino in the opposite direction. The only problem was it sits on top of a hill and is very isolated from the road and other hotels.

New years eve stay in wilkes- Barre all was well while until we got back to our room from goin to the casino to get ready for new years dinner and our door wont open 4times they gave me a new key until I had to ask for a new room. it upset me bc 4times i had to walk the halls and ride elevator to get a new key. we then had to rush to get back on schedule to meet friends for dinner. the result was they had to give us a new room....i just thought it would of been nice to get a 20% discount on our stay....There was also cooking... read more

Great service and staff but needs to be cleaner The staff and morning coffee muffin bar was great. Very friendly front desk receptionist. The room was large and had everything we needed. Bathroom was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable and couch was dirty. Also the room had a strange smell. Not a terrible odor just weird.

Cheap Rates It was a nice room, great for the price. The bed was not comfortable and could be improved.

Recommended for good serviceable lodging An Extended Stay hotel is expected to be fairly plain, but comfortable. This hotel met that easily. I have no complaints. Everything worked well. I like having the fridge and working area in addition to the standard amenities.

Getaway for 1 night The staff was very nice. The room were very clean. We were there for only 1 night, but would stay again.

not impressed I was told they had a pool,and there was no pool.No ice machine on the floors.
