Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. I was asked several times how my stay was going and if they could be of further assistance. They could not have been nicer.

The room was ok however there were no hangers/closet or place to hang my trench coat.

For the price, nice accomodations. I stayed here for a few days while searching for housing in the area. The hotel room were clean, kitchen was useful, overall amenities pretty comfortable and up to standards. A few restaurants and shops within walking distance were a big plus. The one thing that stands out was the exceptional customer service when I checked-in, needed to extend my stay for 1 day (the front desk staff had all paperwork prepared), checked-out (was offered coffee for my long drive). Quiet and comfortable Chose this hotel because it was the most reasonable price for the area and was quite pleased. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet except that the AC made a clicking noise but fortunately it was cool enough to run the fan instead. Just wish they had bananas at the To Go breakfast bar...
