weekend trip with a leaky facet I was there on a business trip. The ONLY thing wrong with the room was there was a leaky facet. It dripped all night long....
I rented a room for my wife and i to spend a night, the night of our wedding. And overall, i thought that the room was up to par, except for the large gauge and stain on the wall and the weird odor of maybe a vacuum cleaner or something. But the room was pretty clean and the tempurature of the room was comfortable. Also the grab and go breakfast can be upgraded.
great value for the location Cleanliness seems to be a priority here. We had a 10-15 minute taxi ride to Verizon Wireless for a concert

Hotel needs to be remodeled When I came in to check in, I waited over 10 minutes for the attendant to come to the front desk. She was not firendly at all. She did not apologize and say sorry for the wait, did not smile. She didnt seem like she wanted to be there. There is no air conditioning in the elevators. The placed smelled like smoke. When we went to our room it was clean, but the bath tub looked dirty. The fixtures were outdated. The shower curtain needed to be changed. St. Louis Getaway The staff at this hotel was fabulous. They were very friendly and would go out of the way to be helpful. The issues were with the rooms themselves. Very serious maintenance issue: broken legs on beds, broken burners on chairs, ripped chairs, cabinet hinges breaking, sink drains broken. If these things would get looked at, the place would be great. The lobby looked wonderful. It must have just been done. The rooms need to kept up a bit more.
