Nice Place but bring your Mr Coffee The room was clean, modern, and well furnished. Nice kitchen, refer, micro, etc. w/ utensils. Only 4 cp coffee maker. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant and professional. The TV/cable is a bit dated, with only 24 channels including a couple each Showtime, ESPN, kids channels, and local channels but not business news. Closest restaurants (fast food) are 3/4 mi walk but there's a Cracker-barrel, Starbucks, Panera Bread, and some chop house close drive nearby. Located in upscale b... read more

Great for the Money! Kitchen a Plus! Pet Friendly! We left another hotel to stay here because we did not like how we were lied to about something at the other hotel. It was a challenge to find another hotel that accepted pets but we found this one. It was very reasonably priced, had a small kitchen (which I LOVED), a regular sized refrigerator, which was awesome and it was pretty spacious! Useful hotel if you have a rental car. For the location and price, it was just right. My room was never serviced, but I was only there for 2 days and it wasn't necessary. The air-conditioner had a leak inside the room and the floor right next to it was slightly damp. The kitchen and full size fridge would be very useful for someone staying for more than a couple days. Exceptional Value for the price This particular Extended Stay was about on par with any Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in - minus the free breakfast, of course. Clean rooms, friendly staff, crisp linens and even a kitchenette. I was surprised that there was no musty smell that is typically omnipresent in any motel that is this economically priced. When I have business in Clearwater, I'll be staying here everytime.
