Great experience
Disappointed Was disappointed I had to pay at check-in. No map of property given at time of check-in, so I had to figure out where my room was, which was inconvenient with hauling my luggage around and the fact that there was only one elevator. No explanation about breakfast times, so we missed out on that. No explanation that we had to request coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc. More trips to front desk.
