Pleasant surprise Very pleasant surprise for a couple who haven't stayed at a days Inn in decades. Comfortable bed, attractive, convenient to Interstate and restaurants.

Days Inn Bristol, VA 3 night stay at this Days Inn. My room was comfortable, clean bedding, flat screen TV with lots of channel choices, refrigerator and microwave (requested while making reservations), hot shower with great water pressure, in room coffee maker and iron. Maid serviced room each day. Very quiet - slept well. No Wi-Fi in room, only in Lobby.

We stayed here as a stopover during a long road trip. It suited our needs. Everything was good. Could have used some minor updating, such as new toilet seats.

This was a one night stay booked on the road because we needed a place to crash. Can't rate the area as we arrived after midnight and left early morning. The check in person was polite. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only issue I had was the tub. It was coated with a non-slip surface on the bottom that looked gray and groddy. The rest of the room seemed clean, but I didn't want to step onto that tub surface with bare feet. That influenced our decision not to shower in the morning as we would be home the same day.

Great place to stay! We stopped here on our way from western TN to PA (this was the halfway point) and had a great experience. I was a little nervous based on some of the low reviews, but considering the price this Days Inn was terrific. The staff was very friendly, the room was a little on the small side for our family of four, but completely sufficient for a one-night stay. Ask About Wi-Fi If You're Expecting It The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Overall, the quality was great and everything I expected from a Days Inn. My only real complaint was that I chose this particular hotel over others due to the free Wi-Fi listed and that I had been having problems with my cellphone holding a charge and getting a signal in the area; however, our room did not have Wi-Fi and I couldn't even get the room phone to work to call the front desk or contact my family who was expecting a call from me. ... read more

Bristol Race Weekend We were in town for the Inaugural Short Track Nationals and we booked this hotel at a great rate. It was not the closest one but had a good rating and I thought oh we are only sleeping there no big deal. The staff were friendly, it was minutes away from the track and it was easy to get in and out of. There was plenty of parking to park a truck with a trailer. Room wasnt ready when we arrived had to wait an hour. Customer service was rude. Elevator got stuck and very sketchy
