Extremely dated, ashes in the sink I was pretty disappointed. I don't think it has been remodeled since the early 90s. There were no plates or silverware. No cooking supplies. My no smoking room had ashes in the sink. On the plus side AC was powerful, shower was decent, desk chairs were comfy.

Success Stayed due to the Gas and Oil Show and restaurants just a short walk away. Car never left the parking lot until we departed for home.

Good value, friendly service Lady at desk was very friendly & gave me a discount on my room! Overall was clean slight off putting smell.Good for the price. Nice area, close to everything.

We had a great visit. This is only my second stay in Columbus. Last year we stayed next door at the Hilton but stayed at Extended Stay America was equally pleasing! Was clean, check in was quick, & was very quiet at night.
OK but no continental breakfast as listed OK nothing elaborate. Staff was friendly and open to making sure guest was helped when necessary.
Satisfactory - would stay again. The odd thing was no maid service during the 4 day stay. Thought that was strange.

Quiet Rooms! The front desk attendants are amazing! They greeted me every time I came and went; they are very friendly, always smiling!
