The staff is really great here! I paid for another night through a third-party, call to the office to ask if I needed to come down, they were nice enough and told me that I didn't need to, they would just do what they needed to do.

Average value for money. Most likely good value for money for anyone working in the area on a temporary basis. Several of the washers and driers were out of order. Good change machine available to operate the laundry machines.

Our Stay Everything worked fine in the room. The customer service is good. Even though there wasn't a coffee maker in the room, there's a coffee and cappuccino machine in the lobby. I loved the white chocolate caramel cappuccino! The bed was comfy and the room was clean. There was one day where the elevator was out of service, but it was fixed within the day so not a huge problem.
