You get what you pay for. Please don't think you'll be getting breakfast. The staff was too busy to make sure there was enough coffee for guests. The muffins were chemical infused vacu-packed non edible health hazards. The rooms were ok, but worn. The price reflected the environment.

Pretty good overnight - nice price. Pretty good one night stay. Moderately comfortable, easy access, somewhat close to dining & shopping. Fairly quiet, clean with a little dust here and there. Refrigerator and heater/air conditioner were a bit noisy. Grab & go breakfast was ok, just don't have any big expectations. I was disappointed having only instant decaf coffee.

Perfect for the Cost This place was perfect for the cost. I had a conference in the area and the other hotels were very expensive. Extended Stay was within walking distance of the conference hotel and saved me over $400 for the 3 nights I stayed. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The room was dated but clean. The property was well kept.
