I had no hot water for a shower, I let the desk know but nothing happend i was told that the manager would contact me and did not, I still had to pay for price, as well as the grap and go there was nothing there I had to let the front desk know. Overall, I probably will not stay at an Extended Stay America Suites again.

Will stay there again Minus the cold weather the trip was definitely pleasant shout to the location the up keep was fine the staff was kind and courteous the check in and check out was efficient only thing I would say is get the key card pad fixed on the main entrance cause when I got stuck outside in the cold that was funny but not cool but the night desk worker was friendly we both laughed bout it
Enjoyed my stay, the women at the front desk were amazing
Extended Stay The refridgerator in the room was broken. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, but they have them available. You can also get a coffee maker, they have coffee and grab and go breakfast. The room was clean and the linens were clean.
