Staff was awesome. Bad part was fridge was dirty. Had coke spills and food spills on it. Bathroom was dirty as well. I asked front of ot could be cleaned and was told cleaning only goes every 7 days. He was noce about it though. Also was told tjere was no pots or silverware.

I called ahead of time to make sure we could get early check in, when we got to the hotel there was not a room available

We Appreciate the Comfortable Beds We stayed for just one night after a long night of driving. I had to wait a while for someone to come to the front desk, but once I read that I could dial zero, the Assistant General Manager was there in a few minutes and she was wonderful! Check-in was a breeze. Her customer service was great and she was very kind. Also, the bed was super comfortable.
Muy lindo moderno los cuartos, el desayuno es solo muffing y café nada de jugos o tra cosa y eso no es desayuno , fuimos a usar la piscina y mientras los niños estaban en el agua los trabajadores abriendo y cerrando la puerta con el frío que asia en la entrada y los tuve que sacar por qué se me podían enfermar, por poco nos caemos en la entrada por qué estaba mojado y lleno de nieve el estacionamiento lleno de nieve q no removieron

Worth the stay The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and made my stay comfortable.
