Manager Ms. Hodan is amazing she makes my stay a very pleasant experience. She communicates very well with the guest and is easy to talk to whenever I had an issue or concern. Mr. Osei at the front desk is also very helpful in the early am. He makes sure breakfast is placed out on time and ready for the guest. One morning he went out his way to search for my favorite oatmeal while leaving out work. Thank you to the ESA staff
