I’m writing this review for the Extended stay hotel in Norco ,Ca . This would be me and my fiancé’s second time staying at this location. I must say both times were very pleasant. The location is easy to locate. The floor we stayed on appeared to be quiet. Our room was nice and clean. What ever we needed the staff had no problem providing us with any necessary items . Location was great. Room was clean. Hotel is a bit dated but bed was nice and room was clean.

I was staying to escape DV. The website was frustrating me and all I wanted to do was take a hot bath and rest. Nay asked to take my phone and help me. I really needed someone to be kind to me and she was awesome. I have stayed at this location a few times. The staff is great (shout-out to housekeeping!) the property is clean and quiet, and the rooms are like cozy little apartments.

Staff were very nice and accomodating with my canceled flight shenanigans. The room was clean and serviceable.
Overall the hotel is fine for the price. And especially if you want to bring your dog. They do not offer cots. Breakfast is only coffee, oatmeal and packaged muffins. Our room phone was disconnected. You need to request any dishes. And bedding if you will be using the couch. There were holes in our ceiling (not leaking, but still holes). A crack in the kitchen wall.
