My room was clean but I was not impressed. I was just glad that I did not have to be grossed out by roaches. I still clean before my family enters the room. So it’s not that big of a deal. The pet rent is a bit extreme. I paid daily between $45-$50 for each pet. I should be walking into a room that is immaculate. I was pretty disappointed with how they treated us at check out.
