Carpet was damp and smelled like pee, stepped on a crack pipe in the parking lot , so pretty average for Fresno.

Lilly was to kind to us while we stayed there. Our dogs gained weight from all the treats she gave them.

Tina was amazing. She should get a raise. She was the only one who really cleaned. Bed was very uncomfortable.
Exterminate The customer service was awesome, the room was perfect, clean and comfortable. However, there was a big issue the hotel should address. I did let the front office staff know at check out, they should exterminate often because this is an extended stay there shouldn’t be any type of bugs in the rooms. I seen a few the two days of being there. That’s the only complaint that I have. Other than that the hotel stay was perfect.
