Meh Ehhhhh spend a couple more dollars and stay somewhere else. Location was the only thing this place had going for it, and that being said there are 2 other hotels that are probably nicer within walking distance!

Nice and warm
Thank you very much, you make life easier, good service
No maintenance on weekend. Limited staff availability. Smoking near front door cig buts all around. Beds are not queens. Not as advertised no sitting area. No grab and go breakfast. Relativity qiet except when chair scape on floor. Ok for a cheap place to stay.

Ok for a one-night solo trip, not much more Adequate for what I needed, but nothing special. The room was clean but showing considerable age, with tape over damaged walls and hastily repaired plaster in the bathroom ceiling. I appreciated the good service and the price.
Very clean. No carpet on floor in room. Heater worked after much trial and error. Has small fitness area that was adequate. No pool. No jacuzzi.
