My room was clean and luckily I had no issues with bugs. HOWEVER, I don't think the carpet in the hallways has ever been cleaned. If you want housekeeping you have to request it and pay extra. The laundry room doesn't have a change machine, they don't keep quarters at the front desk, and the machines don't take cards. The employees were blasting a radio in the hallway and never seemed to be at the front desk when I needed them. Although this is an older property it is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking is the advertised free breakfast is made up of coffee, packaged muffins and granola bars. The free wifi worked great.
