The hotel was nice and staff was excellent, my only problem is that the people across the hall kept me up all night playing Ang screaming in the hallway and slamming doors and falling against the ways, I went there to relax but that didn’t happen a waste of my money

Needs Better Maintenance It was a nice room and comfortable. I did inform the front desk that the handle to our building entrance door was missing and was told it would be fixed the next day. After our 4 day stay the handle was still missing.

Front desk attendee Antonio was awesome! He epitomized professionalism, grace and humility. I witnessed him going out his way i help customers. Manager . Hamza on the other hand, was extremely unprofessional and should be removed from his duties.
