Our room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Our bathroom sink was clogged when we checked in, but they came in and fixed it. Building is older and could use some updating, but it was a pleasant overall stay.

Convenient location, staff was friendly. Nice lighted parking lot. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Rooms not very soundproof, heard our neighbors.

La ubicación del hotel es genial, el personal es muy amable, y la relación calidad/precio fue buena. Hay estacionamiento en el hotel lo cual es punto a favor. Lo único por lo que no doy 5 estrellas son 2 cosas: 1. El edificio por dentro si le hace falta remodelación y se escucha mucho ruido del resto de las habitaciones y 2. El horario del desayuno es muy corto.

Viajo mucho a Long Island, y elijo siempre Extended stay América, el de Melville es muy cómodo para mis tareas , tiene todas las comodidades de un studio ,aceptan mascotas y el personal es muy agradable, me siento segura porque de noche tiene seguridad y todo funciona bien , lo recomiendo y pronto volvé
When we walked in, it was a nice atmosphere, decorated for Halloween. There was no receptionist and we had to wait for a while, which is okay. Going up the elevator and through the hallway, it was very dark and dingy; needs bright paint and a few cheery paintings to make it feel more relaxing and create a better vibe.
