Unfortunately, our experience started badly because we decided to come early on the 4th of July and the staff gave us the 'only room available', which was the handicapped room that had a strong dog pee smell and the shower couldn't keep any water in and soaked the whole bathroom floor. But the next day when we were supposed to move to the room I had booked months ago, we were surprised to find ourselves put on the same room as the night before! The staff was outstanding. Due to the conditions of the building the customer service skipped no beat. They make you feel at home. They make workout look easy.. they where very patient and professional running everybody to they're rooms. I love they Customer Service.. Everybody had a smile on from the time they clock in. Maintenance also with a smile and move fast, it's the energy in the building of family...
