Roach company This place is run down and outdated. As soon as i opened the door and stepped into the room i see roaches. Im like ok thats a bad sign. Wake up to take a shower and guess what is watching me shower, YEP a roach. No one wanted to hear about it at the front desk. Its not allowing me to post pictures but i have a few to post

Customer service was outstanding and very helpful in every ways. Maintenance was greatly in fixing things that needs to be fixed. I would love to stayed here again..
A cigarette was on the windowsill of my room. Considering the long notice I got about a no smoking room I thought that was ridiculous. So much for a no smoking room.

I have actually never stayed in an extended stay before, so i did not know what to expect. It was a little weird that i had to dump my own trash in small grocery bags, bring my linen/towels the reception to get more linen/towels. The smell in the elevator and also in the room was not a good one. I had to take the stairs because the smell was so bad. Im not sure what the smell was in the room but it slapped you in the face as soon as you open the door. The stay was good for what it was but i will not return for another stay!
