Overall Good, but I had to go to front desk to pick up kitchen stuffs. This hotel used to keep everything in the kitchen. The kitchen sink was draining slow. Disposal was stuck. This is obviously simple overlook of maintenance which daily cleaning could cough and fix.
Lack of communication between house keeping and front desk 😒 when you been up all night and finally get sleep time and then being disturb.

Outdated but ok The facility is outdated as other reviews stated. Staffs are friendly and ready to help. The management should have done better to keep this facility safe and updated. My unit has a clogged sink and the screen outside the window was off and loose, which is dangerous if winds blow it down. The staff opened a ticket but the guy didn’t show up to fix it the next day as promised…a bit disappointing. I only stayed for two nights so I don’t care that much of the inconvenience. Front desk staff was super welcoming, friendly, and polite. Shops near by for any needs. Parking was always available. Area was patrolled by security.
Need to hire better front desk staff There was no staff at the front desk to check me in nor out. I had to yell in the lobby for someone to come out to check me in after waiting at the front desk for over 10 mins because the courtesy phone was inoperable. Another guest told me that this was their norm. Other than that I had a good stay. I may stay there again but they need to hire better staffing that will not leave their posts unattended and better serve the guests. Very unprofessional.
