The property was clean until my last night I discovered a roach in the bathroom. The dam guest were loud as Hell. I couldn’t sleep until the kids were gone during the day. The television and sound system is so loud I want a refund for the last night. It’s 2:31am and I can’t sleep because of the noise. Management is aware of the situation but can’t do anything about it because of the laws

It was not clean. It smells Like smoke . It was just poor overall

I ended up not even staying. We walked in the room and the place stunk like smoke and was outdated and unclean. The clientel made it feel very unsafe. We walked in and then walked back out and explained to the person at the desk that we werent staying and why.

This room was unlivable. It was filthy the bed flipped over and the door looked like it had been kicked in. We could not stay here. When we talked to the staff they said they completely understood and offered us a refund

Hotel looks shabby. The guest above me was very noisy and had a dog that barked all night. Some type of alarm went off at 3:15 in the morning too. I got almost zero sleep staying here.
