We have stayed here in the past and chose this hotel because there was coffee, cups, plates, silverware and pots and pans in the room. Disappointed to find any of these items must be requested at front desk now. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable but did not like the change in policy regarding room ammenities.

Very clean rooms, great service, mattresses are a little too firm.

The AC in the room & throughout the hotel worked amazing; parking lot is kinda small but the hotel is in a good location close to everything even the Tacoma Dome. We would stay here again.

The property isn't the Ritz...but, we were welcomed by the manager who saw to all our needs. The room was clean but carpet a bit worn. There was a car in the parking lot that had been broken into so we rethought where we parked at. The beds were comfy and the price was in our range.
