The newest cost savings measure seems to be removing the in room coffee machine. That is unforgivable to addicts like me. I realize coffee is available in the lobby but that's lots of walking required before coffee to get coffee... Everything else was fine.

Disappointed Desk clerk didn't know how to do a wake up call. She said she asked someone else and they just said there was an alarm clock in the room, which didn't work. TV remote didn't work properly either.
