Definitely a little tired and furniture was quite scuffed by years of use but it was very clean and comfortable. Great for an affordable stay with the conveniences of a quieter spot in town compared which we especially appreciated.

i found the facility acceptable. I found the noise from traffic on I-10 a bit annoying, but that's the price of its generally good location
