Good location Staff are friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, room was clean, needs updating and more comfortable seating in living area. Getting on to highways is easy - location is terrific for access to shopping and attractions.

Convenient.. Hotel was very convenient to my family. The only problem I had was that it is an extended stay property and that means it does not have daily cleaning.

excellent the service, comfort and cleanliness of this hotel is excellent. Brook and Michelle were wonderful. Brook called us 15 minutes after we arrived in our room to see if everything was satisfactory, which it was. She asked if there was any dishes we needed and brought them promptly to our room along with an extra pillow I requested. We would definetly recommend this hotel.

2-night stay This was our first time staying at America's Extended Stay. We felt like we were at an apartment. Room was very clean and quiet. Bathroom was clean with adequate towels. Nice full kitchen, and if we had been staying for a longer period of time, I would have enjoyed cooking there. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. You have to pay a fee if you want room service, but otherwise you can exchange your sheets and towels for fresh ones --- no problem. Did not have a chance to use the pool; no hot tub. plesent my fiance and i went down for the weekend. we got there about 1030pm on fri night, the staff was very nice...talked to us about our trip and our dog we brought with us. we got set-up with a room quickly, the room was clean and for being a smoking room was plesent smelling. no issues with the room during the stay....we checked out quickly with the staff on sun and headed home. not a bad experience at all.
