Kitchen had no cookware, dishes and utensils. Sofa bed had no sheets. Kitchen sink had a steady drip

GREAT STAFF Sandra is very helpful and caring just respect her and she will respect you the room was very spacious and clean equipped with a stove and oven. Only concern is the hot water is limited to a couple minutes in the bathroom/shower and has a minor leak to it besides that every thing is EXCELLENT , Hotel is in a great environment with easy access to highway and food spots/supermarkets

The hotel’s Libby smelled like mildew - the laundry had towels unfolded on a table- the elevator was dirty - the hallway smelled like marihuana - found two small dead roaches on the bathroom floor
