The room was fine for the most part except for the disgusting carpet. It was so dirty it was sticky. The wifi was also terrible. Only good enough for checking email.

So no roaches seen by me (despite someone else recording one here). There were some stains on the rug that got me nervous if I might accidentally step on it or where else there might be weird stains or less-than-fully cleaned areas. Room was quiet luckily this time without kids running around above me. Good location near the Chase Bank Park to do business.

Very good accommodations at a reasonable price. Our stay was pleasant. The studio had basically all we needed for our stopover after my wife underwent surgery in Palm Beach Gardens. She had the comfort and the environment that was conducive to her ongoing recovery. The price was affordable.
