Disappointed Roaches was in my room and all over the bathroom, tv remote would not work as well as lights

Just No. No hot water, stains all over the floors, broken furniture. I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but minimally hot water. I would like a refund, as not having access to hot water is unacceptable and unsanitary.

Stains on sheets, stains in bathroom on cabinets, stains on ceiling, old tobacco shavings next to tv, lots of trash under bed, old dried candy stuck on couch, dog food kibble bits left in closet, super dusty and hair everywhere, small dead spiders in bed sheets. I checked in, got to room, surveyed the room for maybe 10 mins, and immediately went online to find another place nearby. Packed up the car and didn’t even tell front desk we left. Absolutely disgusting experience.

No toilet paper Restroom Dirty Pull out sofa extremely nasty Will not recommend ever

The Staff was so great!!!! We had a non smoking room and it still smelled like smoke. The hotel is very outdated and needs some TLC. Tiles were falling off the wall in the room. There were also baby waterbugs in the bathroom.

Staff very friendly, helpfull. Out dated hotel. Dirty. The whole place needs alot of soap and water.

Staff was great and very accommodating. Hallways and room smelled like smoke (Even though I was in a nonsmoking room). Tiles in the room were falling off and there were baby water bugs in room as well. This hotel needs some TLC!!!
