Beautiful accommodations and friendly staff This is an absolutely amazing hotel. If you need some place to stay that is comfortable and feels like home this is the place to go. There are a lot of local restaurants and shops to go to so it makes it convenient to find something to eat or to get an item that you may have lost. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in Ohio. This is an excellent option if you were traveling with pets as well!

comforting retreat On a recent trip that turned unpleasant w/ an unscheduled ED visit, it was comforting to have a restful retreat. Other than the discourteous door-slamming by other guests, it was a quiet place. This was especially nice since I was ill.

Newly renovated The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. It has been newly renovated. Staff helpful-- I requested an extra pillow and it was delivered promptly. We had some trouble connecting our Amazon fire stick and the staff assisted. Overall great experience.

Justin is an asset to the front desk & company. Polite, friendly & an obvious hard worker! The bed & pillows were uncomfortable. The tub didn't drain while showering.

Toledo getaway This hotel is under remodeling: rooms, lobby, halls. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable. The fitness equipment were not in good working order....hope that will be remodeled. We like the kitchenette. The bed & pillows were great. The room was very clean.

Close to downtown! Yay! Good! Little noisy tho due to some remodeling construction
