Exceptional Guest Service!!!! Checking in I was overwhelmed from a terrible experience at a different hotel and Ruby & Matt checked me in with exceptional customer service with understanding and considerate of my frustration. I felt so at ease and supported with all the personal problems I was encountering i extended my stay for 3 extra days because of there great acts of kindness.
