Beautiful spacious hotel! Home away from home! I just wish the pool was bigger!
It's ok It was an overal good hotel, rooms were comfortable, house cleaning could of been better. Ice machine didn't work the whole week. I would go again but have seen better hotel.
I don't believe I'd stay here again This trip start as the trip of horror... upon check in.. We were booked into a ROOM with NO Air Conditioning and the weather outdoors was in the 90's.. So my first two days were a true wasted days of Vacation. It wasn't until the next day at 2:30 p.m. that we sat in a Room without A/C & then once given the ok to move into another ROOM we had to repack our stuff, which had already been unpack and also pack our groceries to Move into another room. The hotel staff was very accomodating and helpful. Horrible initially because EXPEDIA cancelled my reservation. I drove for 5 hours only to arrive and not have a room. The hotel staff was very nice and took care of me. I will not be booking through EXPEDIA anymore.
Spacious for Family of 5 I don't usually give reviews, but have been so helped by others' reviews that I thought I'd share my experience. Pros: Very clean throughout, fluffy FULL-SIZED pillows (I hate those little square ones a lot of hotels are changing to), nice bedding, 2 separate bedrooms (one for me & my spouse, another for 2 teen kiddos), plus the pullout sofa, great for my tween. VA Beach week Wonderful stay close to Sandler Center. Great room size,comfortable beds, nice breakfast and awesome staff!! Loved the kitchen option. Highly recommend.
It was wonderful only thing is the pool hours where not good closed at 9pm and opened at 10am. Wanted to swim in the early morning.
