Great Choice Seem very clean, fast check in, no problem on site. And quiet.

I paid online and still they asked me for my CC, I felt I was paying more

Upon entering the room the first thing I saw was a trash can overflowing and a pile of dirty towels. I immediately reported it to the front desk attendant. He questioned if that was really true because he said he just checked the room. He wanted to see for himself. He went up to the room with me and saw! Then we had to go back downstairs for him to issue another room.

Horrible stay!!! I have stayed at other Expended Stay Hotels and they were great this one was horrible and the pictures look nothing like the pictures. The room smelled like smoke and the sheets were dirty. We didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed so we went to the store but covers so that we could sleep on top of the bed. The customer service was great which is the only reason we didn't request a refund and go to another hotel. We will never stay here again.

Staff are not too attentive to their jobs. I was awakened at 1:30 am by another customer who allegedly had a key to my room. Perhaps the customer was mistaken, but my impression was that she had been given a key to my room. Also, my room had a plastic grocery bag wrapped around the smoke detector so I assume the previous customer had been smoking in the room.
