This is one of the best Extended Stay America locations I have seen. The staff here work very hard and it shows. Very well maintained,many of the rooms look almost-new despite the property being 7 years old. Sheets and towels are always clean. Lights , AC/heat, cable TV, and fixtures all work. If there is an issue with something in the room, they will fix it. Most of their rooms have no weird/food smells, air quality in general is very good.They do allow pets so a few of the rooms look more heavily used. Overall, excellent ... read more

I want to share my experience as an educational warning for anyone considering a stay here. First, I want to acknowledge that the front-line staff were consistently kind and helpful. The real issue is not the employees, but poor upper management and lack of resources. Unfortunately, this had a major impact on my stay. Here are just a few examples: • Elevator was down during the first week, causing long waits and frustration for guests. • Fire alarms went off around 2am for three weeks in a row, disturbing everyone’s sleep.... read more

In general this is a great place to stay. The rooms are not much different than local higher end hotels. They do have a bit of a smell to them but have windows you can open. Lots of other hotels have windows that cannot be open so no air to circulate, these do. The AC units are on par with higher end hotels, might even be the exact same. Water runs good. My room was pretty clean. Hallways have a bit of a foul odor at times. Cleaning service is decent, somewhat odd schedule but workable. Breakfast is minimal, coffee is ok. Gy... read more

Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Unprofessional – Avoid This Hotel 0/10 By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this place does not prioritize guest safety or cleanliness. The room had visible mold in the bathroom, a strong musty odor, and stained bedding that clearly had not been properly cleaned.— all clear signs of neglect and poor hygiene.
