Concert trip Clean, affordable place with a helpful staff. Booked the hotel last minute with no issues at all. Will definitely return!!!

Last Resort type of place Something was going on in the city and hotels I normally stay at had jacked their rates up by over 50% per night. I have stayed here previously and it's worse condition now. The staff are fine, but the hotel itself is wore down. They can't seem to get the cigarette smoke out of the rooms.

Exelent Stay Hotel was great and clean and a great stopping point on the way to OBX. Would definitley stay there again.

Convenient and Effecient Conveniently located, this hotel is extremely well maintained and within walking distance of the largest shopping center in DC. The receptionist is very helpful and anticipatory of your needs. It is very easy to get to this hotel from the Dulles Airport in the afternoon rush hour because it is located counter rush traffic and in the mornings it is easy to return tot he airport, less than 20 minutes each way. All the essential amenities are available and the WiFi works well.
