Good Staff - Great for Price They could not find my reservation for quite some time and it took 20 minutes to be checked in. I did miss an event because of that. However, the staff was very courteous during the delay and trying their best. The room was not high end but quite adequate and clean.

Extended Stay WPB The location is 2 minutes from I(% and Walmart 5 minutes down the road. They need to update the rooms!! Bathroom was old fixtures with no hair dryer and shower was ok. Kitchenette was old and one burner didn't work on the stove!! All looked worn. there were no paper towels. ALSO no service (empty garbage etc.) only once a week!! NO daily maid service! Extended Stay Much cheaper than other extended stay places in the area. Hotel inside was somewhat dated in colors and fabrics, but nothing terrible. Hallway on my floor was not airconditioned, so in a tropical storm was pretty bad. Room was good though. After a few days stay, to small flaws began to show... such as a cracked glass on one of the pictures, stain on the sofa. Overall, comfortable, convenient and right price.

This is a great spot to stay! We love having the kitchen & the space for our 10 month old to roam around. Can't beat the price. Just awesome!

This was more than we expected! We have been very pleASED at this hotel! We stay here every time we come down to WPB. I used to live down here, so we come down around once a month. The first time we tried to stay on Palm Beach island assuming it would be really nice, but it was horrible! So we came here because it was cheap and thought it was better than the one on Palm Beach! The rooms are nice and way bigger than anywhere else! I love having a kitchen bc we have a baby. It is centrally located as well. Overall very pleased... read more

Favorite place to stay in West Palm Beach I love the price of the room. The staff is friendly. The space of the room is perfect and it is very clean. There is an oven in the room yet there are no dishes (i.e. cookie sheet) for cooking things in the oven. I don't like that there is no housekeeping service if you stay less than 5 days, however the lady at the front desk said if I had a need I could phone down and make a request. The pillows are small and very flat and there are only 2. I don't like that there is a $4.99 charge... read more

you get what you pay for the hotel is quite comfortable especially for long term stays since they have refrigerators and a microwave. it's sort of off the beaten track so there is not that much close by to walk to, especially in the heat.
