They did a good job. They responded to any issues I had. They came back as often as I asked to handle any detail. I recommended them to my neighbor. I heard about them from the neighbor up the street who was pleased. I thought they were pricey, but they did have to do a lot of extra work. I had to get the accountant to subtract an incorrect fee. Great customer service, representation, and quality installation. Only minor complaint is that the post-work cleanup left a little to be desired given that it was dark when the installation was completed.

I got a new roof for my town home. They explained to me that I only needed to replace my roof's shingles but not the underlying plywood. It only took about a 1/2 day to do this work. The work men marked off with the tape the working area before they began; once the work was completed they cleaned up to make sure that there were no nails or excess materials on the ground or in the grass.

The company repaired a place in my roof near the seam of an attached screen-in porch that was letting water come through into my kitchen cabinets during heavy rains. Other companies had diagnosed the problem as the gable vent and no one wanted to touch it. The company scheduled me earlier than expected when they had an opening. Did a great job installing two new windows. Cleaned up so well that we could not tell they were even in the house. Excellent workmanship. Masonry work was well done and they even matched the color of the mortar of the existing brickwork. Highly recommended. Performed exterior masonry work and installed two new windows.

The repair was done very well. Siding matches perfectly and looks great. I was impressed with Exterior Medics from the moment we first spoke on the phone to the very end. Very professional interaction. I would definitely use them again. Repaired a small section of damaged siding.

They were absolutely the best we have run into. They guy who came out unknown my wife Mitchen she said no more about roofing anyone should be allowed to know after he got explaining what they were going to do. They got there on time. He did a thorough estimate to start with. Every single thing that they said they were going to do they completed and the clean up was spotless. You could not even tell they have been there except for my bran new shinning roof. They are the best of bunch. They replaced the roof.
