First, the sales rep was very polite and personable. As I already had a good knowledge of the Leaf-Guard system, he spoke to me at that level. I never felt he was talking "down" to me. He answered any questions I had and walked me around the house to explain what would be done in each area due to the factors that were involved (rainfall/physical structure). I had gutters and a new roof installed by Exterior Source. Crews showed up as scheduled, installation went great and they cleaned up perfectly! I will continue to use Exterior Source for my home improvement needs.
Exterior Source did an exterior makeover of my house. They installed new siding, windows, doors and a deck. Everything looks wonderful!
On January, 27, 2022, I had 8 windows replaced and some vinyl siding repaired on my house. I wish to express my gratitude and whole hearted "Thanks" to the crew who completed the work. Concerning the window work, those two guys were fantastic! Arrived on time, worked efficiently, extremely courteous, and totally professional! Excellent people to deal with. When they book a job they stay on the job until it is complete not running from job to job. They are polite and clean up at the end of each day they work. Head many contractors doing work for us and this company amazes me.

From start to finish Exterior Source did what they said they would do. The sales team (Rob) did an excellent job in guiding us through the entire process. The install team arrived on time and completed the project in a competent and proffessional manner. The installers were very courteous and very mindful of our requirements. I have contracted with ES twice. The first contract was for ************ ******* Price comparable, they did a good job, except did not finish the installation. I have very steep roofs and they were supposed to install a set of drip edge flashing to slow down the water before it gets to the gutters. Well now the rain pours over the gutters stright to the people or ground below. Heck i have a time getting in my house on rainy days. The install manager stated i didnt need them, but i do! I had a patio replaced and up sized,driveway redone and the walk way . The trim is looks bad/chipped, cracked,different shades, holes,bad trim Then they say they can't correct it. I am not using them for any other outdoor and or house improvement. They did a trashy job.
