Seemless and stress less are a few words I would use to describe my experience signing up with Extra Storage. I did everything online. Got my unit # and access code in an email. Showed up to the facility went right to my unit my lock was there no issues. Facility is well maintained. I highly recommended!!
The team at ExtraSpace storage are so nice and helpful. I have been storing with this organization for over three years now and I am very happy. Every time is an excellent experience. Thank you guys.
Would give zero stars if I could. Our storage unit experienced water damage due to a pipe bursting AND was INFESTED with mice. We had tens of thousands of dollars worth of items and most of it was damaged beyond repair. They do have insurance, but their provider (ESIS) will only pay a small fraction of the claim despite thorough submission. Store your stuff elsewhere!
I have trusted Extra Space Storage with my possessions from 2008 and have had continual positive and professional service. When I moved in 2017, I transferred my possessions from the Deerfield Extra Space Storage to the Butterfield Road facility very close to my home. I continue to have positive and excellent customer service. The staff is very helpful with all my storage questions. The units are clean and well maintained. The gate hours are very reasonable. My 2nd experience w/ Extra Space Storage this location and John @ 200 Parkway Dr, in Lincolnshire . Deja is awesome, informative and customer focused. The grounds are clean, restroom accommodations are ok... being able to store our RV was a sign ...last spot available :)
