The manager Stephanie is the rude, disrespectful she hangs the phone up and yells at customers. I tried to get a rate adj and informed Stephanie that I had been trying to reach someone at the store for a few days and no response. I only got a reply after the dead line for adj past and I informed her. She was extremely dismissive and condescending. Does not represent the core values of extraspace and their promises of exceptional customer service
Dealing with storage space can be super stressful so I’m glad I found this place. The staff are always super friendly and chatty, and give excellent service, don’t bother going anywhere else!
